We read every email and usually reply within a few days.
How do I delete my account? Open Stoke → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data: spaces, goals, habits, tasks, streaks, and friend connections. This cannot be undone.
How do I report a bug? Settings → Report a Bug, or email us directly at [email protected]. Include what you were doing when it happened and your device model if you can, it helps us track it down faster.
Is my data private? Yes. Your goals, habits, and tasks are visible only to you, unless you explicitly share a space with specific friends. We don't sell data, and we don't run ads.
Can I use Stoke with my family or a group? Yes, create a Space and invite people to it. Everyone in a shared space can see and contribute to what's inside it.
I found an issue with a friend request, duel, or shared space. What do I do? Email us at [email protected] with details and we'll help sort it out.
